BCMS Mission:  Beyond Graduation:  Preparing Today's Students for Tomorrow's World

Vision : 

In accordance with the College and Career Ready Performance Index:

* To present postsecondary training and career opportunities to our students and have them choose a career pathway and learn preliminary skills needed from content courses prior to leaving for the high school

* To prepare students for hard skills (content knowledge) needed for postsecondary and career goals

* To prepare students for the soft skills (work ethic) needed to be successful in school, community, and life beyond graduation

* High expectations for teaching and learning to meet the criteria above

Values :  At BCMS, we believe that a consistent display of courtesy, respect, and teamwork among all stakeholders (students, parents, community members, and educators) helps to move our students toward success in academics and career skills

Goals :  All stakeholders accept personal responsibility and accountability in meeting/exceeding school, system, state, and federal expectations, as listed in the College and Career Ready Performance Index (CCRPI).
